- Develop & conceptualize new ideas to increase CMS & RMS in assigned territory.
- Effective New Town Launch.
- Making LUT sites profitable.
- Daily canopy and pandal activity for brand promotion.
- Promoting new products and any special deals using local initiatives.
- Appointing & Coaching new channel partners.
- Outlet Expansion & Benchmarking competition outlets with our product availability.
- Training and developing distributor sales force for better productivity.
- Aggressive execution of Sales programs (i.e. new schemes / promotions / trade engagement etc.)
- Educating & Sharing product knowledge, schemes and performance.
- Motivating retailers for selling our product & services .
- Problem Solving and resolving retailer queries.
- Interacting with customers & providing solutions.
- Ensuring high Visibility across the territory.
- Deployment of Marcom material in & out side outlets for better visibility.
- Placement of POP, Banners & Signage for high visibility & timely scheme communication.
- Benchmarking competition visibility index.
- Managing & Improving processes.
- Aligning retailers with our system and processes.
- Keeping check on spiking and on outlets giving high decay.
- Competition Update & Feedback to reporting manager & vertical heads.
