Internship curriculum: Interns will get chance to work on live projects under the mentorship of senior person.
Training available in:
Java/J2EE, .Net, PHP, Networking, Linux, Web designing with LIVE Project.
Duration: Six Months
Eligibility Criteria for the Students for the Post of “Software Developer/ Engineer”
Candidates should be B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA/ M Sc (CS) / M. Tech-CS/IT/ECE
Candidates should have knowledge of any programming language like Java, PHP, J2EE, .NET, Networking, Web Designing.
Candidates should have good English Communication (Reading, Writing, Understanding and Speaking)
Candidates should have good Logical & Analytical Skills
Candidates should have good Aptitude & Attitude
Benefits to Students :
- Candidates will not be given any stipend for 1st 6 months (as they will be on an On-Job Training for 6 months). They can still earn while they learn by working on various live projects. Students have earned on an average 5000 per month depending upon their performance and learning.
- Candidates will be given an Annual Package of upto Rs2.4 lac per annum after they complete 6 months of their On-Job Training subject to clearance of on the job training tests (5 in number) with minimum 70% aggregate.
- Candidates will undergo personality grooming training session during the course of their 6 months Internship with Evision Techno Solutions. They will also be given three companies for selection.
- If candidate is not selected in any organization nor he has scored minimum percentage to be absorbed in the company, he can still work for Evision Techno Solutions on a freelance basis earning commission on the projects handled by him /her.
Step 1: Screening test which include Technical and Aptitude questions. Students will be tested on their
IT fundamentals, programming skill, analytical abilities and aptitude.
Step 2: Face to face interview. Students with top scores in step 1 will be further screened by our panel on their technical exposure, problem solving skills, learning abilities and adaptability to professional world. Purpose of this round is to identify professionals that can be groomed to perform in the industry.
Step 3: Selected students of step 1 and step 2 will go for final round of face-to-face interview. This will be conducted by people who are leading development efforts at our Delhi/NCR development center. These are the people who directly monitor training, project assignment and technical deliverables of fresh recruits at our Delhi/NCR center. Purpose of this round will be to identify suitability of a candidate for our training program and his ability to deliver on various technologies that are being employed on various projects currently undergoing at our organization.
Criteria for the fess of On Job Training Programe after Selection:
90-100% result – 100% Discount
75% – 90% result- 25% Discount
60% – 74% result- 20% Discount
Less than 60% result- Full amount (i.e. 12000)
