Role: Branch Banking: Customer Service Office

Designation and Package: Assistant Manager (3.24Lac Gross) / Officer (2.05Lac Gross)

Location: Candidate should be willing to serve at any of the branches of the bank across the country/circle.

Major Responsibilities:

Sales:

• Conducts outbound marketing calls and scouts for new leads and referrals to generate business

• Responsible for sales of third-party products (Life Insurance – LI, General Insurance – GI, Mutual Funds – MF, Debit/ Credit Cards, etc. to the existing customer base

• Responsible for lead generation for Current Account and Savings Account – CASA to new customers and deepening of account balances for existing customers

• The sales and marketing activities need to be done mainly from the branch itself

Customer Service & Operations:

Responsible for timely processing of bank transactions like

Ø Funds transfer

Ø Cheques

Ø Opening of Accounts

V-Guard’s ‘Big Idea Business Plan Contest-2015

V-Guard’s ‘Big Idea Business Plan Contest-2015’, invites students from B-schools and Engineering Colleges across India to propose a well thought through, creative and comprehensive business plan for V-Guard’s future growth and consolidation. Students are encouraged to explore and propose newer frontiers for growth, but by strengthening and building further from where V-Guard is today.

Business plan would be evaluated for its deeper understanding of mega trends, detailed market analysis & insights, innovations & solutions, fit with V-Guard’s vision & strengths, detailed technical & financial feasibility analysis. It may also cover aspects like,

  • Reducing specific product dependencies and maintaining a diversified product portfolio
  • Increased focus on innovation for newer and improved products
  • Brand building and increasing retail footprint

The contest comprises of different phases. The teams have to register online before 19th September 2015. An online brief will be sent to the registered teams. The teams would then have to submit a short executive summary of their business plan for V-Guard on or before 21st September 2015. The top 20 teams shortlisted will be intimated by 30th September and will then advance to the contest’s finals. The Top 20 teams should then submit their final written report of the plan on or before 12th October 2015. This will be followed by an oral presentation before the Top Management of V- Guard. The performance of the teams would be evaluated based on the written report and the oral presentation .The first prize of Rs. 1, 00,000 & Summer Internship Program /Project work 2016 with stipend for 1st year participants, second prize of Rs. 50,000, third prize of Rs 25,000 and two special jury awards of Rs 10,000 each await the winners. The Business Plan Contest Finals will be held on October 16th & 17th 2015.
