The role would be that of a Technical Support, Technical Sales, Customer Service (US Process) and the locations would be IT BUSINESS TOWER at Sec 82, JLPL Mohali. Currently,have 50 openings for the role for exceptional talent and participation.

A brief about the role:
The role of a profile would require the following skills:
1. Technical Support Executive – US Voice Process
 Troubleshoot and resolve client tech issues related to Computers, Routers and Printers. Fixation of Virus & Malware Intrusion Etc.
 Delivery of Technical Service and Support for Major brands like APPLE, DELL, IBM, LENOVO, ACER & HP etc.
 Have to perform accurate and timely technical troubleshooting to resolve issues.
2. Technical Sales Executive – US Voice Process
 Work with international clients (US and CANADA).
 Sales and Delivery of Technical Services and Support for major Brands like Apple, Dell, IBM, Lenovo, Acer and HP Etc.
 Comfortable to work in NIGHT SHIFTS (24×7 Environment)
3. Customer Service – US VOICE PROCESS: Feedback, Escalations
 Strong Communication and Street Smartness.
 Have to Interact with customer to provide and process information in Response to inquiries, concerns and request about Products and Services.
 Perform Quality Assurance Feedback as related to quality audits.
 Taking care of ESCALATED CASE of customer.
 Taking care of Customer Satisfaction.
 Comfortable to work in NIGHT SHIFTS (24×7 Environment)
