INTERNSHIPS IN MARKETING & SALES.

We therefore invite your students from TECH AS WELL AS NON- TECH

SALES space. Full Time Candidates shall be on-boarded as trainees and
shall be added as employees on successful completion of their degrees

OPEN ROLES FOR FINAL PLACEMENTS

ROLE 1: DTH (Direct to Home) Sales

JOB TITLE: Dyson DTH Demo Expert

ROLE BRIEF: Dyson DTH Demo Expert is the face of Dyson at the doorsteps
of our owners who is passionate for Dyson technology and understands its
machines. This role requires the person having interest in meeting and
interacting with new and different set of people. The role will be
reporting directly to the Business Leader.
INTRODUCTION- DYSONThe job is in the field and
will require home visits for sales, demos and installations. Cab will be
provided by the company for commute related to business purposes.

ROLE 2: Retail Sales/ SIS (Sales in Store)

JOB TITLE: In-Store Demonstration Expert

ROLE BRIEF: Dyson has exciting opportunities to work at their premium
retail stores in high end malls across the country. They are looking for
highly motivated, engaging people capable of working well in a team to
drive excellent execution at this store and deliver superlative customer
experience. In addition to retail, the store will also host exclusive
customer and influencer events. Staff will play a key role in ensuring
that these events showcase the Dyson technology and drive excitement
about their products. The role will be reporting to the Assistant Store
Manager/Store Manager.

OPEN ROLE FOR INTERNSHIP

JOB TITLE: RETAIL SALES/ SIS INTERN

ROLE BRIEF: Dyson is looking for enthusiastic & polished Interns who are
passionate for Dyson technology and understanding of the brand and its
machines. As an Intern managing Retail Sales for Dyson, they would be
required to proactively approach the customers in store and demonstrate
the Dyson product range according to their needs and requirements. They
would also be assisting the in store events manager planning, setting up
and executing events.

ROLE SPECIFICATIONS

WORK HOURS FOR FULL TIME ROLE: The job requires 6 day work week and the
candidate will be given 1 weekly off (not essentially a Saturday or a
Sunday)

WORK HOURS FOR INTERN: Intern shall be hired for 2 months and will be
required to work from the Retail Store 3 days a week (on Fri, Sat and
Sun). The Internship is extendable to 6 months subject to student
availability and performance.

LOCATION : Candidates FOR BOTH FULL TIME ROLES AND INTERNSHIPS can be
considered for – Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru and  Mumbai Locations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION: B.Tech, MBA, Undergraduates (Science & Non
Science)

COMPENSATION

FULL TIME ROLES: CTC offered is Rs 5.20 lacs for MBAs and Rs 5.07 for
graduates. The CTC includes 20% variable.

STIPEND FOR INTERNS: Interns shall be paid a stipend amount of Rs.
18000/- per Month.
