 Position: Associate Customer Support – International process

  RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for account maintenance, e-Service, Customer issue resolution and service delivery support to Business Services and International BS&I, Service Management organization.  The MSM shall act as a key liaison with CLIENT’s Mobility Centers of Excellence (“COE”) management organization and contribute to Customer satisfaction by resolving issues regarding the provisioning, installation and billing of the customer’s mobility program, ensuring that service outages are quickly resolved; and that Customers are informed and educated on issues affecting their service.  The MSM obtains information from, and provides information to, CLIENT’s account team.  The MSM may have a specialty and obtain cross training as needed.

 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / COMPETENCIES:

  • Willing to work in night shifts
  • Good verbal/ written communication skills
  • Excellent Email writing skills
  • Excellent logical reasoning
  • Strong learning skills
  • Strong analytical skills, problem resolution
  • Basic computer knowledge

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

 Any Graduate (2017 – 2018 pass outs)

Salary would be between 2.3 to 3 LPA
