Designation:    MEAN Stack Developer

We are looking for a motivated and experienced MEAN Stack Developer to join our core team to implement the designed architecture and flow of the product to support a high-performance and scalable product.

Responsibilities

–          Optimize application time complexity and scalability.

–          Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds

–          Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests

–          Development of RESTful backend services

–          Manage the interchange of data between the server and the users through RESTful services

–          Develop all server-side logic

–          Define and maintain the central database (MongoDB)

–          Development of frontend

–          Ensure high performance and responsiveness to requests from the frontend (Angular)

Who should apply?

–          Candidates should have 1-2+ years of experience

–          Expert in advanced JavaScript, strong coding proficiency with Node.js, Express, and JavaScript.

–          Must have hands-on experience in Database (MongoDB)

–          Understanding of the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds.

Designation:  Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying and qualifying business opportunities.

Responsibilities

–          To support the growth of Hypothizer customer base through Inside Sales techniques i.e. telephonic calls, emails and social media

–          Educate the prospective customers on the manual data entry automation, digitization and AI.

–          End-to-end management of marketing generated leads

–          Quickly and effectively research all assigned leads, providing a clear understanding of the prospect & company.

–          Work with existing lead sources and generate own leads through research.

–          Follow-ups with leads via calls, emails, over LinkedIn etc.

–          Fearlessly push customer for a ‘close’ (meeting/demo) wherever required.

–          Meet qualified leads generation targets to build a healthy sales funnel

–          Maintain CRM (HubSpot)

–          Furthermore, being willing and able to share relevant information about trends developing in the prospects industry.

–          Be committed to following established sales processes.

–          Gain a fundamental understanding of the Hypothizer product such that you can convincingly and concisely convey the benefits too prospects
